" I HAVE BIN GOING TO THAILAND FOR 16 YEARS, AND chang mai 7 TIMES, i will be going back to the chang thai house i am going to rent a room for too weeks, next time. each time is better the big hotels, do not care about you like this one and every thing is new. cant find a better one. i have looked "

" Very nice clean hotel. Everything is new. It is best for the money. BF is included. Great Services. Location is in a side street(soi), but can walk to the main street about 100-150m. Not far from nightbazar. "

" We had booked into a hotel down the road from this one, it was terrible, we visited this one to have a look, we were shown a few different rooms (all immaculate), we checked out of the other and moved in. Staff where first class, helpful if needed but not pushy like some hotels to sell tours etc. , has a nice restaurant and small pool, rooms are clean and very comfortable, Two rooms on the top floor are just amazing. Will definitely stay there again when in Chang Mai. "
